Private sale - MGB V8 Roadster for sale
SOLD in 36 days on the V8 Website

This V8 Roadster is fitted with the Rover SD1 3500cc engine, including Holley carb mounted on an Offenhauser 360 manifold. It has an uprated cam, freeflow exhaust manifold and stainless exhaust system. The engine is balanced which makes an amazing difference - it provides smooth power and revs freely. The Dyno printout shows 175bhp. It has a high-ratio rear axle (3.07:1) fitted on renewed rear suspension, with uprated front brakes. The restored body is painted in 2-pack racing green and fitted with Sebring front and rear valances and chrome grille. All-new interior with cream leather seats, door and side panels and new carpets. Registered as a Historic Vehicle, this car is road tax exempt. I have owned this roadster for 18 years and toured France and Belgium on various occasions. It has proved to be a capable and reliable tourer as well as an exciting drive for more local fun. £13,750 190406 & 190519 Location: West Sussex

Factory MGBGTV8 in Damask sells for £33,600!
One of our Pricewatch volunteers attended the H&H auction at Brooklands on Saturday 18th May 2019 and says the "very high value lots were within the restricted auction area - for example the Aston Martin DB6 and its peers. Surprisingly, the MGBGTV8 was also within this restricted area, given its somewhat low estimated price and I can vouch for a continued high level of interest shown in this MG over the seven hours I was at the auction. Bidding was strong resulting in the exceptional price including buyers premium and VAT thereon of £33,600".
