More 1993 RV8 - first ever RV8 off the production line to be sold in the UK. It is very original and in outstanding condition, finished in Le Mans Green (one of only 28) and has covered only 16,000 miles from new. It was the first customer car sold to Martin West, chief executive of London Scottish Bank and first registered on 17th May 1993. It was later sold at the H&H auction in Buxton in February 2015 and then registered with the V8 Database by a V8 Register member in Hampshire. An early batch of nine RV8s in Le Mans Green was produced (VIN 251 to 259). It featured in the press at the time of the RV8 launch, with coverage of the first purchase and a magazine cover feature. It also has a photo album presented by Rover’s Adder Team to the first purchaser with a photographic record of the assembly. Comment: clearly an Exceptional RV8 in terms of condition and history.
