Booking
and paying online
Booking and paying online is a straightforward four stage
process:
Stage
1 - Book your place online
Here you set out your booking details and select the accommodation
Option your require following which you will be transferred
automatically to Stage 2.

to Stage 1 now
Stage
2 - Make your deposit payment online
Please
select your payment amount whereupon you will be transferred
automatically to the secure Worldpay website where your debit,
credit or chargecard details will be processed and a payment
made. Following that card transaction you will receive an email
confirmation of your purchase with a transaction reference from
Worldpay. Please pay your deposit by 30th April 2011.
Note:
when making a payment online please use a debit card if possible
because the V8 Register has to pay higher transaction charges
on charge and credit cards. The charges are 50p per debit card
transaction but 4.5% on other cards, so on a £100 payment
the charges are £4.50.
The
balance of the tour price will be payable by 31st July 2011
and at that time you will also need to make your menu selections
for the weekend. Then when you click SEND to send the menu selections
form to the Event Organisers you will be transferred to a webpage
where you make your payment of the balance of the tour charges.
Stage 3 - Make your menu selections
online
Our group will have dinner
in a private dining room at the Norton Park Hotel and there
will be a choice of three dishes for each course
for you to choose from,
including a vegetarian option. With a large group, the chef
at the hotel requires menu selections are made in advance of
the weekend so a good service can be provided each night.
Please select
your menu choices following which you will be transferred automatically
to Stage 4.

4 - Make your balance payment online
Please
select your payment amount whereupon you will be transferred
automatically to the secure Worldpay website where your debit,
credit or chargecard details will be processed and a payment
made. Following that card transaction you will receive an email

Worldpay.

Booking
and paying by post
Simply download a copy of the booking and menu selections
forms from this website, add your booking details, make your
menu selections and then post the two forms with your cheque
to the Event Organisers. Their address is on the booking form.
Please pay your deposit by 30th April 2011 with the balance
of the tour price paid by 31st July 2011.
Please make cheques payable to "V8 Register - MG Car Club".

Making your balance payment
The
balance of the tour price will be payable by 31st July 2011
and at that time you will also need to make your menu selections
for the weekend. Simply
download a copy of the menu selections form from this website,
make your menu selections by ticking your choices for each evening
and then post the form with your cheque for the balance payment
to the Event Organisers. Don't
forget to add £2.50 for each cheese and biscuits selection
you make.
