Stage 1 - Book your place online
Here you set out your booking details and select the accommodation Option you require following which you will be transferred automatically to Stage 2.
As our simple online sales system does not have a shopping cart facility you cannot gather together your requirements for several purchases and make a single payment. You can only purchase one tour package Option for the event at a time. So if you are also booking for a guest or guests, please make a separate online booking and purchase. Please enter information in the seven sections below and when complete click the SEND button at the foot of this form. Details of your booking are then sent automatically to the event organisers and at the same time you are transferred automatically to our webpage where you can choose your payment option. Select your payment option and click the BUY button - you will be transferred automatically to the secure WorldPay website where your card details are processed to complete your online payment. You will subsequently receive an advice from WorldPay as a record of your payment - but for that you do of course have to provide an email address in the data box below.

All persons are present at their own risk, neither the MG Car Club Limited, the V8 Register, nor its officers or the event organisers and all personnel involved in running this event can accept any liability for death or bodily injury to any person or any loss or damage to property howsoever caused.

Stage 2 - Make your deposit payment online by 30th April 2011
Please select your payment amount whereupon you will be transferred automatically to the secure Worldpay website where your debit, credit or chargecard details will be processed and a payment made. Following that card transaction you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with a transaction reference from Worldpay. Please pay your deposit with your booking by 30th April 2011.

Later in July 2011 you will need to go on to Stages 3 and 4.

Stage 3 - Make your menu selections online by 31st July 2011
Our group will have dinner in a private dining room at the Norton Park Hotel and there will be a choice of three dishes for each course for you to choose from, including a vegetarian option. With a large group, the chef at the hotel requires menu selections are made in advance of the weekend so a good service can be provided each night. Please select your menu choices following which you will be transferred automatically to Stage 4.
Stage 4 - Make your balance payment online
Please select your payment amount whereupon you will be transferred automatically to the secure Worldpay website where your debit, credit or chargecard details will be processed and a payment made. Following that card transaction you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with a transaction reference from Worldpay. Please pay your balance by 31st July 2011.
