Looking forward to the V8 Tour soon Goodwood Revival - Victor Smith was there on Thursday (for the cricket match) and yesterday for the first day of the three day event and it rained endlessly. Parking in the large field to the north east of the circuit was sodden with liquid mud on the main access routes in and out of the field. But despite the wet conditions the event was very well attended. Ahead of some of the track events sweeper lorries had to go round and remove large amounts of water on the track. Posted: 230907 In a post on the V8 Facebook Group, Tony Smith is looking forward to the V8 North Lakes Tour which starts in just over a week on Monday 16th September. Before heading down to the Goodwood Revival he had been in the North Lakes doing final checks on the tour routes and places included for the tour participants to visit over the four days.
