RB Cars to take centre stage at the Inter-Club International Weekend at Malvern
Rubber Bumper MGBV8s have been allocated centre-stage in the Severn Hall at the Inter-Club International Weekend at Malvern. A separate display area in the middle of the hall will showcase the soft-nosed cars, which celebrate their 50th anniversary this year. Star of the lineup will be first-built Teal Blue 2101, once owned by former V8 Register Historian Geoff Allen. It is now owned by Jacques Milliet (a friend of Geoff's) who is bringing his car all the way from Switzerland. It will be joined by other examples of the type including Development cars, a Press Car and the well known 'Super B' roadster conversion that provided the inspiration for the evolution of the MG RV8.

There are a small number of spaces still available for the display area in Severn Hall. If you have a Rubber Bumpered MGBV8 and are planning to come to Malvern, then please contact John Davies by email at pgk733@hotmail.com and he will arrange for your access to the display area. You will need to do so before 12.00 on Thursday 27th June (first come, first served).
