Posted: 230903 The next V8 Tour in the popular series Preliminary information Following the successful Scottish Borders Tour 2022 based at the Barony Castle Hotel at Eddleston near Peebles, Tony Smith has volunteered to plan and arrange another V8 Tour for 2024 which will be a three day tour based at a 4star hotel with easy access to Keswick and the North of the Lake District. It's an area Tony knows well having lived there. The event will be open to members of the V8 Register - MG Car Club and their friends with MGV8s or other MGs. How do I join the North Lakes Tour 2024? Monday 16th to Thursday 19th September Bookings for this event will be launched on the 1st of October 2023 and will need to be made directly with the tour organiser Tony Smith. Details of the hotel package will be announced then and those members who make a booking, including paying the tour fee to Tony, will be given details of how they can book the accommodation at the special rates he has negotiated with the hotel. Those rates will include a full English breakfast and a three course dinner with tea/coffee plus wi-fi, car parking and VAT.
