Club AGM results

The Club's AGM held this morning had been postponed from Autumn 2019 because it could not be held then because of the Covid constraints. The meeting today was held online with 120 members joining including 37 representing the Club's Centres, Registers and Branches (CRB). Each CRB can have a "Voting member" at a Club AGM where they are entitled to vote on agenda items. The AGM was a minimalist AGM to satisfy the requirements of Companies Act.

Alongside is the webpage for the online AGM with the voting panel on the LHS where the Voting Member for each CRB could vote on the agenda items.

This webpage will be updated as soon as the exact voting numbers are confirmed on the webpage due to be released on the Club's website.

The Club's AGM held this morning (Saturday 23rd January 2021) had been postponed from Autumn 2019 because it could not be held then because of the Covid constraints. The meeting today was held online with 120 members joining including 37 representing the Club's Centres, Registers and Branches (CRB).
