and sent assuming the recipient will not see the improbable sender
- HM Court & Tribunals - has an email with a domain name
balucz.com - all utterly shabby.
Checks show it has connections with Pakistan and Panama!
Check on the owner of the domain name bollocks.com

"penlaity charge" email
Peter Beadle reports seeing the scam "penlaity charge"
email below and says there is "No Name, No Registration,
No Place of Crime and the telephone number is (temporarily unavailable)".
On seeing the email his friend Peter Taylor says "Oh, we
forgot to tell you, HM Court &
Tribunals (?????) has changed its website domain
name from gov.uk to balucz.com
(whatever the hell that is - probably connected with bollocks.com)".
Checking the owner of the doman name balucz.com the result is:

Hovering over the "Click here to pay" button the domain
name wdwaqas.com is revealed and then checking the owner of
the domain name wdwaqas.com the resut is:
