Scamsters at it again!

The example of a scam circulating is quite sad - spelling mistakes and sent assuming the recipient will not see the improbable sender - HM Court & Tribunals - has an email with a domain name - all utterly shabby. Checks show it has connections with Pakistan and Panama!

Scam "penlaity charge" email
Peter Beadle reports seeing the scam "penlaity charge" email below and says there is "No Name, No Registration, No Place of Crime and the telephone number is (temporarily unavailable)". On seeing the email his friend Peter Taylor says "Oh, we forgot to tell you, HM Court & Tribunals (?????) has changed its website domain name from to (whatever the hell that is - probably connected with".

Checking the owner of the doman name the result is: Current registrant - WhoisGuard Protected, WhoisGuard, Inc., P.O. Box 0823-03411 Panama Panama

Hovering over the "Click here to pay" button the domain name is revealed and then checking the owner of the domain name the resut is: Current registrant Host Pakistan Sindh
