can purchase V8 Publications and the V8 Regalia items using the
V8 Online Sales system which uses a convenient and relatively
inexpensive secure international payment transfer system called
WorldPay, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland. WorldPay accepts most
leading credit and debit cards. This will be particularly welcome
to our overseas members. Alternatively UK based members can use
our traditional V8 Mail Order service.

Despatch
of goods and refunds for mistakes or faulty goods
We endeavour to despatch goods within 28 days of receipt of your order,
but factors outside our control may prevent this. If any goods we
send you are faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and return
them to us and we will either replace them or make a full refund of
the purchase cost, at our discretion. We will also be happy to refund
the post and packaging cost if the return is a result of our mistake.
No quibble refund policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied
with any goods we have supplied, we have a no quibble policy and will
be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in the original
unused condition and in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should
be made postage paid within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) and
in the original, undamaged packaging. Where an item has been supplied
specifically for you or personalised in accordance with your instructions
and is not faulty, we regret no exchange or refund is possible.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel
your order for any item purchased on this website for a refund. These
terms do not affect your statutory rights under English law, which
will govern the transaction.
