Rimmer Bros have a new product that they have manufactured that may be useful to some V8 Register members. The part number is FRC142 and it is the closing plate that is fitted onto the bellhousing of an LT77 5 speed gearbox coupled to a Rover V8 engine . Andrew Mundy of Rimmer say "It's main application is on a Rover SD1 and TR7V8 but some of your cars may use this combination also. We retail these for just £19.95 plus VAT". (4.4.06)
