fixed to the offside above the front upper wishbone mounting

Geoff Lane posted a query on the V8BB on 17th March 2010
saying "Whilst cleaning to underbody of my RV8, I
noticed a plate that said, Portland Engineering. Does
anyone know the relevance of this plate?
