Buying a set of RV8 Workshop Notes is a straightforward process

Member only prices
The reduced Member only prices are only available to you if you are a current Member - that is you have registered an MGV8 with the V8 Register and are a current member of the MG Car Club ("Member") or, if you are located outside the UK, you are a current member of a recognised branch or affiliate of the MG Car Club. If you are located outside the UK and need to clarify your eligibility as a "Member" please contact the V8 Webmaster by email before you make a purchase.

If you are not a current Member then please do not make a purchase at the reduced Member price. Any refund following a purchase by a buyer who is not a member of the MG Car Club and V8 Register will be subject to the deduction of a refund processing fee of £5.00. Buying a new set of RV8 Workshop Notes at the reduced Member price
Click Order Now below to secure the reduced Member price only if you are both a registered member of the V8 Register and a current member of the MG Car Club. The Order Now link will take you to an online form where you provide information on your Membership of the V8 Register and MG Car Club. If you are buying one of the updates options then you will need to provide details of the set of workshop notes you purchased earlier. Clicking "SEND" will send that form to the V8 Webmaster who will check your eligibility for the reduced Member prices. You will be forwarded to a webpage where you can buy your set of workshop notes.

Making your payment.
When you click Buy This you will be transferred to the secure Stripe website where your card details are processed and payment is made. Following your purchase you will get an email from Stripe confirming the transaction and also an email from the V8 Webmaster confirming receipt of your order.

Delivery of your workshop notes
Delivery to UK based buyers is on a Twister memory stick sent by Royal Mail. For Overseas members delivery is by the digital files transfer system WeTransfer. When the set or workshop notes is made and sent to you then you will get a further email from the V8 Webmaster confirming it has been sent to you. For UK based buyers the memory stick is mailed to you in a folded card to protect the memory stick inside an envelope.

How can I get RV8 Workshop Notes updates?
Members who have previously bought a full set of V8 Workshop Notes and are a current member of the MG Car Club you can get updates. There are two updates offers:
> Updates Offer 1 - a new full set of RV8 Workshop Notes.
or
> Updates Offers 2 - updates of the current Volume 13 as a download on the V8 website. This member only updates offer is free to current members but only if you have Volume 13 as the latest volume in your full set of RV8NOTES. The V8 Webmaster will check all applications for this updates offer and for eligible members will send you a link to a personal webpage where you can download the latest Volume 13 in PDF format .

The set of RV8NOTES includes a free copy of the Developing the MG RV8 Talk from 2003 given by David Bishop and John Yea as a video and a copy of the transcript of the Developing the MGBGTV8 talk from 2002 given by Don Hayter, supported by the late Geoff Allen, on the concept, development and production of the MGBGTV8. A copy of the RV8 Parts Microfiche is also included.

Despatch of goods and refunds for mistakes or faulty goods
We endeavour to despatch goods within 28 days of receipt of your order, but factors outside our control may prevent this. If any goods we send you are faulty, please let us know as soon as possible and return them to us and we will either replace them or make a full refund of the purchase cost, at our discretion. We will also be happy to refund the post and packaging cost if the return is a result of our mistake. No quibble refund policy.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any goods we have supplied, we have a no quibble policy and will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in the original unused condition and in a fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made postage paid within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in the original, undamaged packaging. Where an item has been supplied specifically for you or personalised in accordance with your instructions and is not faulty, we regret no exchange or refund is possible.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a refund. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under English law, which will govern the transaction.
