| The
first V8 Christmas Puzzle 2010, contributed by George Wilder, was
posted to the V8 website Monday 15th November 2010 at 2235. The first
correct solution - MAGNETTE - came from Graham Cornford in the US
in the early hours of Tuesday 16th at 0008, some 93 minutes later.
So when I run off a batch of workshop notes CDs this Thursday evening
I will make one for Graham as his prize. A second correct solution
came from Doug Taylor on Tuesday 16th at 1827. Contributions of further V8 Puzzles for Christmas 2010 will be very welcome, particularly from the members with the successful solutions! George Wilder has another puzzle in preparation. |
