100th RV8 gearknob auction
At the close of bidding on Sunday 11th April 2010
the final bid of £350 from Ken Clayton secured the
RV8 gearknob. So shortly the bid proceeds will be on their
way to the nominated charity, Macmillan Cancer Support,
to help their worthy activities. Angus Munro with the
previous bid has been very generous in his response to
Ken's winning bid.
The good news on the Online V8 Auctions theme is we have
two auctions lined up for early June when David Biddle
is very kindly offering two books of major interest to
V8 enthusiasts for auction with the proceeds going to
the worthy charity - the Macmillan Cancer Support - and
our IT expert has agreed to create a better online auction
system for us. |
