The
car that introduced so many to sports car motoring
over the last 50 years remains the car few would
fail to recognise today as an affordable classic
with timeless style. Whether former owners with
fond memories of life with their "B" or
owners today still enjoying the sheer pleasure of
driving an MGB or one of its derivatives, the model
remains as popular as ever.

magazine, Classic & Sports Car, has an eight
page review of the MGB including a section on the
MGBGTV8 together with a credit to David Bishop for
reviving the production of bodyshells for restorations
at the British Motor Heritage plant at Faringdon
(now Witney) and for the revival of the marque as
