RV8 bodyshell is currently on offer through eBay at £4,500
and bidding has just over 16 days to run. More
Roger Glover says "I hope this information may be of interest
to fellow members".

new RV8 bodyshell is on offer from the Welsh MG
Centre and in their advertisement they say "the
shell has been dry stored for 15 years and needs
some minor repair work to numerous dents and knocks
which have occured in storage." They add the
bonnet, nearside wing and nearside door glass are
missing.
Fellow RV8 member Roger Glover spotted the bodyshell
and says "our local Welsh MG Centre has acquired
an unused RV8 shell which is for sale. Apparently
this was manufactured in the early days of RV8 production
as a replacement shell, however it was never built
up into a RV8. As such, I believe that it does not
have a VIN but I think the body number is 2MG40J
000132Z." |
