Just
back from another trip to the Alps, this time on
the French side based in Annecy. Fabulous place,
but not always perfect weather as some of my pictures
show. VGJ never missed a beat in just under 2,000
miles of mixed motoring, really eating up the empty
D roads, which have almost faultless surfaces. They
are not quite to German standards, but very good,
and in a different world to the roads we have to
endure here in the UK. You'll see we also stopped
off at the old Reims circuit - been there a few
times now, but not since they re-painted the buildings
and smartened things up. I preferred the old decayed
look.
