Quarrington attended the Zed Ten event at Duxford
today and reports there were three RV8 cars at the
show and an impressive 63 ZT and ZT-T260V8 cars.
He understands that more than 360 cars of the ZR,
ZS and ZT types were there. His photos in the attached
report includes one of Darren Broxup's "flip
paint" 400 BHP ZTV8s. The paint is reputed
to be £1,000 per litre!!!! Ian also includes
a photo of his recently acquired ZTV8 with the MG
Car Club's ZS Safety Car.
Ian adds "once again the staff from Kimber
House were there and signed up more new members.
They really do work very hard during the week and
then give up their weekends for events like this.
They are amazing people without whom I am sure the
MG Car Club would be a poorer club in so many respects."
