Bryan has been in touch saying he is entering the Tour Britannia
event again which starts next Thursday 16th June and would welcome
meeting up on the tour route with fellow V8 members. He can

Bryan is entering this event, a highlight of the
season, for the 4th time and the third with a Factory
MGBGTV8. He wants to make contact with fellow V8
members in the areas he will be passing through.
The tour starts with scrutineering next Thursday
the 16th June with |
the
competition starting in earnest first thing Friday
morning. The stages start in South Wales then we
spend Saturday visiting Devon and Wiltshire etc.
Sunday sees us back in Wales, then Prescott and
finishing at Silverstone.
Tim adds a practical point too as he is based in
Sheffield - "we will be a long way from normal
help although the car will be fully supported by
Renspeed from Gainsborough. Yorkshire. On the other
hand if there are any V8 enthusiasts thinking of
coming along then we will be delighted to see them,
so please come and say hello. We came 10th overall
(second in class) on our last attempt in 2009. The
route can be seen on www.tourbritannia.com and the
entry list for our competition section is impressive.
