at the 2007 Atlantic Coast Express Run

Lennox Jones reports that several RV8s entered the 2007 Atlantic
Coast Express Run organised by the Devon and Cornwall Centre in
mid May 2007. The weather was not good as you can see! (25.6.07)

The
10th Atlantic Coast Express Run 2007 on Sunday 13th May 2007started
from the Old Oakhampton Railway Station and then the route went
via Exeter and along the Jurassic Coast to Bridport, finishing
with a cream tea at the delightful Fishponds House Country House
Hotel at Dunkeswell just north of Honiton. Some
of the roads used were unclassified and narrow, and steep hills
were encountered together with a ford which gave entrants a flavour
of motoring in the 1920s and 30s.
