Dates for the V8 Cornish Tour 2003
The main core dates for the V8 Cornish Tour are:

Start - Friday 3rd October 2003
V8 Cornish Tour members arrive at the Falmouth Hotel in the evening.
Finish - Monday 6th October 2003
V8 Cornish Tour members leave for home.

Options
There are optional visits members can add to their itinerary both on the way to Falmouth on Friday and on Monday as members make their way home. These are set out on the detailed programme of events.

Reservations at the Falmouth Hotel
Gordon Hesketh-Jones has negotiated a special accommodation rate with the hotel for members participating in the V8 Cornish Tour. He is coordinating the allocation of the available rooms to the V8 members who confirm their booking of a place(s) on the V8 Cornish Tour. Early booking is strongly recommended as the V8 Tours are very popular and in recent years each tour has been fully subscribed.

Payments
All deposits (£50.00 per person) are payable no later than 30th June 2003. The full balance is to be paid by not later than 31st August 2003.
