You can download and print off this form from this website and then complete a form for each ticket and mail it together with your cheque for £15.00 made payable to the "V8 Register - MG Car Club" to the address below. Please ensure both your first and surname or family name is entered. All entries are subject to the Terms & Conditions and are only accepted subject to the drivers signing the declaration below. If you have purchased a V8 Pass, please state at the top of this form "V8 Pass Holder". As a V8 Pass Holder you will not need to send a payment for the entry fee as it is included in the V8 Pass package of benefits.
