Andy Harding
mentioned that Ron Armstrong passed away last Friday during
a visit to his son in Holland. The funeral will be private
but a memorial service is planned later.

Ron
Armstrong owned an MGBGTV8 (now owned by David Halliday)
and an RV8 (now owned by Roger Glover) and was a
former V8 Chairman in the 1980s. He launched the
popular V8 Tours in 1993 with a Highlands
Tour based in Grantown on Spey in the county of
Moray in Scotland. |
