More tea, Vicar?

The phrase "More tea, Vicar?" has entered the language as shorthand for comfortable suburbia when somebody has just farted they say the words "more tea vicar" in a posh English accent to cover any embarassment. When in the right company everyone will laugh! Use in Britain since 1920s/30s.
