1995 Woodcote Green 2201
originally went to Japan in 1995 and was never registered or driven
in Japan. Rover UK brought this car back to the UK in 1998 along
with nine other cars and changed the car back to full UK spec. It
was sold through our local dealer, Priory Rover, with full UK type
approval (certificates of conformity all present). This car is in
first class condition inside and out and a full service record confirms
the car has covered 17,108 miles by 1 local owner. All hand books,
V5 and paper work relating to this car are available. The car has
air con and a private registration number N 20 MGR which also comes
with this peace of British heritage. Do be quick as it will not
be here for long at £16,999. (18.11.04)

How
do I advertise an RV8
for sale on the V8 Website?
Trade
or private sale?
All adverts should clarify whether the car is offered for sale by
a trader or as a private sale. By "trade sale" we mean
a car offered for sale by either an individual as a sole trader
or an individual acting on behalf of a commercial business, or by
a commercial business. By "private sale" we mean a car
offered for sale by the present owner who has owned the car as a
V8 enthusiast. We feel this distinction is desirable not least for
any Sale of Goods Act implications for sales in the UK.
Drafting
your advert
When drafting your advert, please start with the Colour and Vehicle
Identification Number, followed by the recorded mileage and a description
of the quality, condition, specification, maintenance record, any
accessories and any other points of interest. Finally quote the
price and your name and telephone contacts plus the county where
the car can be viewed.
Where do I find the VIN?
Where can I check the colour
name?
Including a photograph
A photo certainly helps to sell a car so if you would like a photograph
posted with the advert, either send a scan of a photo or a digital
photo as a jpeg file (on a floppy disc or as an email attachment)
or send the original photo which the V8 Webmaster can scan
for you. Please send any photos as attachments to a special email
address for large attachments:

Note: we use the name(at)v8register.net format for displaying
email addresses on this website because we are aware there are people
who scavenge email addresses from websites using automated software
systems and then harvest them for use by spammers for their endless
miserable emails, often laced with viruses and spyware. Just make
the necessary adjustment to the addresses by using an "@"
in place of the "(at)".
