“Straight through” exhaust pipes for sale
They
give increased BHP and a “TVR” type exhaust noise.
They were fitted to my RV8 just over 12 months ago and are
therefore still in excellent condition. However be warned
they are loud! I found them too loud. Offered at half the

back axle and other rear suspension parts
RV8 back axle with the standard Quaife Salisbury hypoid gear
drive, torque biasing, semi-floating, 3.31:1 ratio. The axle
has covered 31,000 recorded miles from new, a documented full
service history with a recent oil change, no leaks and no
known faults. Included with the sale is the complete set of
shackles, springs, anti tramp bars, anti roll bar and handbrake
cable. All parts newly painted with POR-15 as some had minor
surface rust showing at the time of their removal from the

Original RV8 Key Fob
An RV8 enthusiast, Terry Starkey, is seeking an original RV8
key fob. They were available from MG Rover in 1993 and he
says "it's the only RV8 goodie I haven't got and it would
complement my car perfectly". It is made from leather,
the outer boarder is brown to which a black octagonal is sown
and above this octagonal the new MG emblem is mounted . Contact

issued in 2006 are now available. They are produced to a high
strength and are made from a corrosion resisting copper alloy.

Goodrich replacement brake hose kits (DEKRA stamped) for
the MGBGTV8 are available from Clive
Wheatley mgv8parts at £29.00 including VAT plus
£10.00 post and packaging. The kits contain three hoses
- two front brake hoses and the hose over the back axle. At
that price replacement with a Goodrich kit seems clear. (29.3.09)
