On reading the message, one wonders how many of Tuurrrd Busters' customers would prefer to know less of his enthusiasm for the business and rather have an almost invisible contractor come and solve problems without announcing to everyone within sight that it is such a basic business - and he is working on your property! Surely there needs to be a balance between an overload of information on process and the quiet removal of the problem so life for the customer can carry on! The mental picture of the driver's appearance, if always in the stuff and at any depth, is little short of horrific!

For some though, their first thought on seeing "Dan, Dan . . . . man" might be "phew, that's a load off my mind!" (26.7.07)
