MGBGTV8 lubrication chart
The recommended lubricants chart for the MGBGTV8 set out in the Driver's Handbook is a useful reference for V8 enthusiasts. Members new to the model need to note the oil used for the back axle is not the same spec as that used in the gearbox and the 1800 back axle. The minimum performance level specifications for the two hypoy oils are different:
