This is to be held during the morning and early afternoon and attended by only the Council representatives of the Centres, Registers and Branches of the Club, the Douglas Mickel Trustees and the members of the Executive Committee. The V8 Council representatives are Al Barnett (V8 Chairman) and Mike Russell (V8 Committee member).

Do let the V8 Council representatives have any views or concerns you may have on the key issues at this meeting so they can attend the meeting as well briefed representatives of the V8 Register members.

Future of Safety Fast!
Review of the current arrangements and options for Safety Fast! and the contract with Octane Media by a subcommittee reporting to the Club Chairman. That report was delivered to the Chairman on Wednesday 6th September 2006 and considered and approved by an Executive Committee meeting on Monday 11th September 2006.

Review of the Club website and options
A review is in progress by a working group and its report should be released to the Club Chairman shortly after the forthcoming Council meeting on 14th October 2006. An early 45 minute morning seminar on the Club website review has been arranged at Gaydon immediately before the Council meeting so members with an interest in an improved website can provide their views and input on some of the key issues and concerns.
